The worst experience ever every single time I need to visit the practice. Unhelpful, rude and threatening behaviour displayed by reception and medical staff, as well the practice manager. Dr Udenze literally googled symptoms! I was leaving with a terrible panic attack caused by medical professionals!
I do not have any complain against the care ans supoort that u receive from doctors and nurses. however, getting an appointment is absolutely a joke since the aftermath of covid pendemic. I rather go and wait outsude the surgery entrance @ 8 in the morning to get an appoinent rather than ringing them. Recently, i hurt my back and needed a consultation. I started ringing from 8.45 and still didn't got through till 11. what do they think of working they need work to put food on the table for their family. Absolutely a disgrace. They have to sort this mess as soon as possible.
I have known this surgery for a number of years but I can't say that it's fit for purpose!
Forget ringing for an appt. there's no point, I recently tried to cancell an appt.(which took three weeks of get, even when booked by a nurse! ), my phone tells me I rang 15 times, couldn't get thro, so sent two text messages, to this day I don't know if it actually got cancelled
The staff there are great under the difficult circumstances, but I think this is symptomatic of the NHS at the moment...too many patients, not enough staff.
I'm forced, once again to go to a walk in center !
Only recently moved to Folkestone and in the care of Guildhall Surgery.
From Neil and Lynn resident Nurses to the team of Doctors I have found the service and standard of care of excellence!
My health problems of an 80 year old man have been pretty well sorted mainly by the attention to detail by the team.
Thank you is in order.
Long term patient at Guildhall since a baby. I am gutted the move to new premises was declined currently as apparently not in the 5yr forward plan locally.
All staff, especially Ann, Dr Veena and my new nurse Neill very helpful, professional, open, approachable and knowledgeable.
Neill is an asset to the Surgery and has contacted me by telephone after my appointment to check on my new medication.
I have long term rare condition dealt with mainly by Kings, London but the Surgery are a key aspect in my care, without them I would be lost.
I thank you all for your hard work.
